Key Responsibilities:

  • Review tender specifications and deadlines; prepare accurate, complete documents.
  • Coordinate with project, finance, legal, and technical teams to gather required information.
  • Submit tender responses on time and in compliance with requirements.
  • Maintain a database of past bids, pricing, and outcomes for strategic improvements.
  • Align pricing with financial goals and ensure terms meet regulatory standards.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, BS Computer science or a related field.
  • 3+ years in tendering, procurement, or contract management.
  • Expertise in tender processes and regulations.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with tender management software.
