Key Responsibilities:
- Review tender specifications and deadlines; prepare accurate, complete documents.
- Coordinate with project, finance, legal, and technical teams to gather required information.
- Submit tender responses on time and in compliance with requirements.
- Maintain a database of past bids, pricing, and outcomes for strategic improvements.
- Align pricing with financial goals and ensure terms meet regulatory standards.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, BS Computer science or a related field.
- 3+ years in tendering, procurement, or contract management.
- Expertise in tender processes and regulations.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with tender management software.
