Responsibilities

As a Project Coordinator at Catalytic Security, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of organization projects. You will be responsible for coordinating project activities, communicating effectively with team members, and leveraging your organizational skills to contribute to the success of our initiatives.

  • Coordinate project activities and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
  • Facilitate communication between team members, stakeholders, and clients.
  • Utilize Jira for effective project tracking, reporting, and collaboration.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of project documentation.
  • Monitor project timelines and report on progress to stakeholders.
  • Scheduling stakeholder meetings and facilitating communication between the project manager and stakeholders throughout the project life cycle.
  • Managing project management documents such as the project plan, schedule, or scope statement, as directed by the project manager.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
  • Proven 6 months to 1 year of working experience as a project coordinator in the related industry.
  • Hands-on experience with Jira.
  • Market and regulatory compliance knowledge.
  • English fluency.
