Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and maintenance of CMMI, ISO-18295, and ISO-9001 standards within client organizations, ensuring alignment with business objectives and quality improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with client stakeholders to identify process improvement opportunities and streamline workflows in accordance with quality management principles and industry best practices.
- Conduct audits and assessments to evaluate compliance with ISO-9001, ISO-18295, and CMMI requirements. Identify non-conformities, root causes, and corrective actions to enhance quality and efficiency.
- Provide guidance and support to client teams in adopting and institutionalizing quality management systems, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
- Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to monitor process performance and organizational maturity levels. Analyze data trends and performance metrics to drive informed decision-making.
- Deliver training sessions and workshops to client personnel on quality management principles, process optimization techniques, and compliance requirements. Facilitate knowledge transfer and skills development initiatives.
- Prepare comprehensive documentation, including quality manuals, procedures, work instructions, and audit reports. Maintain accurate records of quality-related activities and compliance status.
- Build strong relationships with client stakeholders at various levels of the organization, advocating for quality and process excellence initiatives. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
Requirements
- 2-3 years minimum experience
- Hands-on experience in implementing and maintaining the above standards.
- Lead Auditor certification for ISO-27001
- Bachelor or Masters in Business \ CS \ IT
