About the Role

The Sales Manager will drive revenue growth for Catalyic Gulf’s Cyber Security and GRC services in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have industry-specific experience, a strong professional network, and fluency in both Arabic and English to effectively engage with clients across the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies for Cyber Security & GRC services
  • Identify, qualify, and convert B2B opportunities across enterprise and government sectors
  • Manage the full sales cycle—prospecting, meetings, proposals, and closing
  • Collaborate with the technical team to prepare solutions tailored to client needs
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure high satisfaction levels
  • Represent Catalyic Gulf in industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings
  • Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2–3 years of proven experience in Cyber Security or GRC B2B sales
  • Strong understanding of Cyber Security frameworks and compliance standards (ISO 27001, NCA, PDPL, SAMA, SOC, etc.)
  • Robust communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to independently manage and forecast a sales pipeline
  • Good understanding of KSA market dynamics and corporate environment
  • Strong professional network within the cybersecurity and GRC sectors
  • Mandatory: Fluency in Arabic (spoken and written)
  • English fluency is also required

Education & Certifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, IT, or a related field
  • Cyber Security or GRC-related certifications are a plus
